If you are taking a tour...

After your cruise: On the morning you return to Miami, it’s easy to disembark, grab a taxi or Uber, and meet us at our main pick-up spot — just 10 minutes from the pier.

Before your cruise: Enjoy free pick-up from Downtown or Miami Beach hotels. Tours end just 5 minutes from Port Miami. (fare is about $15).

‍After the tour: We can drop you at your hotel, or at a taxi stand near Miami Airport (7 miles away) or Port Miami (2 miles away).

‍Getting off the ship early: Carry your own luggage and select the “Self Assist” or “Walk Off” option for priority disembarkation — most guests are through customs by 8:00 AM. You can also let the front desk know you have an early activity, and they’ll provide priority disembarkation. (Read more about embarking and disembarking at Port Miami)

‍For our daily tours, we provide free pick-up and return transportation from most hotels in Miami Beach and Downtown Miami.

We do our best to arrive a little early, so please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

‍👉 Important: For safety reasons, our drivers cannot come inside the hotel lobby or pull into the hotel driveway. Please be waiting outside your hotel with a clear view of the street, watching for the bus.

You can park at our main pick-up location: Bayside Marketplace in Downtown Miami (401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132).

There is a covered parking garage at the entrance to Bayside. Just follow the signs for “Garage.” It is located next to Biscayne Blvd, near the large flagpoles and the bus parking area.

Parking typically costs around $20–$30 for the day.

After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with your itinerary and receipt.

Printing your receipt is NOT necessary. The driver will have your name on the manifest and be expecting you.
